DBYD on every job, potholing before machine excavation and non-destructive digging near live services. That is how we hold a zero-damage record.
Documented quality
SWMS, ITPs, test results and photo evidence for each work package, submitted with the claim rather than chased later.
Competent crews
White Card, EWP, pole-top rescue, confined space and traffic control tickets tracked with expiry alerts so nobody works out of currency.
